Yes there is a extra channel for the flaps and the switch is located on top right hand side of the transmitter the receiver has one extra channel . the P 51 has two presets (off or on) and yes you can get a extra servo for the flaps,
I installed mine when I first got it. I use them sometime when there is no wind to slow it down when landing.
