I ran into the same problem getting parts from horizon. The problem was the dock workers in California! They went on strike for like a month so the docks were backed up with a month worth of imported goods (mostly from Japan). I just got my goods in yesterday and I ordered them at the end of August. I'd tell your friend to wait on a wonderful airplane. It probably isn't Patricks fault, its a problem thats effected all parts of the American economy for the past two months!
