Ok, since I live around here, I'll tell you what happened. The dock workers went on strike because the dock companies introduced a new High Tech method of speeding things up but the dock workers felt threatened about the new Technology so they went on strike to remove it. So Prez. Bush ordered them back to work and under the law they must go back to work for 6 months and after that they can go back on strike. So, what the workers being accused of is that they are slowing things down intentionally so after 6 months it will still be hell when they strike again! Hope this make sense. This is the simplest way I can explain it.

Regardless it shouldn't affect the EAST COAST because you guys have ports in NY and TX.
