RE: Genisis pics
Yes Al was super helpful at Central. I asked him about 1000000 questions over 3 different calls and he patiently helped to answer every one. He also helped me to make sure I ordered the right accessories to get it assembled as cleanly and light as possible. All I really have left to buy are wheels, axles, prop and spinner.. Mine is supposed to be here on Tuesday or Wednesday...
I came close to getting the electric setup, I could have gotten the last one day before yesterday.... but until the battery packs come down it pushes it just a little out of my budget. 3 complete sets of battieres was $2400, motor about $400 and esc about $500. With a $2000 plane tacked on even not buying servos it was approaching $6000 including $300 worth of hardware and a Rx battery..... Boy it sure flew great but at full price thats reaching even for a impulse buyer like me....
Im sure I will love the Glow version....
