Brother Chuck, Can we get an Amen! That's my beef exactly! I want to be able to program as many planes as I want, but don't forsee ever really needing more than 6 ch. I think Ken nailed it though, they know what we really need & want, they're just gonna force us to buy some things we don't need to get the ones we want[:@] What can we do though, they know were hooked.[]
So far I have not been assimilated. My 6EXA does everything I need. I refuse to spend $400+ on a high end transmitter just so I can get memory for more planes. The extra features are useless to me. Always have been, and always will be. After this many years, I know what types of planes I enjoy, and while things may change a bit, I doubt I'll ever need more than 6 channels. I'll go buy another 6 channel, perhaps the Hitec when it's obvious that the locking up bug is resolved, or the 6 channel Polk, if they are ever in stock, before I'd fork over the $ for a 9 channel.
