He is right,,, its really not an ARF... Its painted in the mould and it comes with the hardware and wood parts for assembly but you have to put it all together. You have to set the firewall and nose ring, install all of the tray assemblies and build in the structural supports in the tail to eliminate the risk of tail failure due to flutter you have to finish up the pipe tunnel work,,, all of it,,, other than paint you have to do it all..
