It sounds like your engine is trying to run a fuel with too much nitro in it. Back down the fuel to 5% or less nitro and change the prop to a 9-4 until the engine has a quite a bit of time on it so it is fully broken in. Those 2 things should help with your overheating and pre ignition problems.
