The diffs will need shimming before you do any serious driving. Info on how that can be done is in the link that I provided. Aluminum arms can be found here, www.bigairproducts.com which is really one of the only things that should be upgraded besides a center diff.
Allot of the breakages are dependant on how you drive. I broke a front lower arm, steering knucke, and c-block when I hit an imovable object at 40 MPH. But a friend of mine jumps his and does back flips all of the time and hasn't broken any thing.

It is a good truck and allot of the problems people have with it is due to operator error regardless of what people say.
