I own both, it depends on what you are going to use it for? The Webra is Lighter than the moki, but the moki has more power.
My Webra 1.20 turns a 16-8 APC at 8900-9000 rpms
Moki turns 17-8 APC 8900 rpms.
Both engines had brison pitts mufflers
Both on 5% nitro
If your plane is light I would keep it light and go with the webra
Webra seems to start alittle easier,
