What I have seen others do with two receivers is to split the servos up pairing flight surfaces. As in one servo for the alerons on each receiver and so forth. If you use two servos for the elevator then put one on each receiver. Have not done this myself but have seen others do this. I am still just using one receiver but two switches and battery packs.
