What length standoffs are needed for this engine with one of the 28%ers?

Oh, and are 10-32 bolts enough to hold it to the firewall with? I was thinking of getting some standoffs made that are tapped with 10-32 for the engine to standoff and 1/4-20 for standoff to firewall.
