Great, thanks for the info, it will be very useful. I already added some glass and epoxy behind the firewall and planned on adding about an 1/8 inch piece of ply to the front, sounds like you've done much the same.
I'll beef up the l;anding gear and wing saddle areas as well.
Glad to hear it's been a pretty durable plane for you. Frankly, if it lasts for 2 years or so for me I'll be tickled to death. Certainly will have been well worth the money.
