On most computer radios there is a throttle cut program. eg on the FF9 Tx you can allocate a switch to this function and also the degree of throttle cut ie reduce throttle by 40%. Mainly used for the kill function on large petrol engines but we use it to cut the power to electric motors. If the switch is operated with throttle at 0 then one will not be able to start the motor via the esc.
