My vote for the 3w 106 or mvvs 116, but I dont think anyone makes stock mufflers for it. FYI, my 106 on stock mufflers unloaded a mejzlik 28x10 to 7900 in the air (3w inflight tach)
When you are saying "stock mufflers", I assume that that these are of pitts style type?.
RTK: The reason why I haven't included BME in my list i exactly the one stated in the beginning of your text. Which means that BME doesn't have any distributer in Sweden.
