I feel your pain! I've emailed for help with little or no reply as well. If I do get a reply, it is usualy in the form of some obscure, unrelated question. IMHO, the 9C instructions are next to worthless. I need some help from a computer nerd, preferably of Japanese decent to translate for me. I wish you well!
