I feel your pain! I've emailed for help with little or no reply as well. If I do get a reply, it is usualy in the form of some obscure, unrelated question. IMHO, the 9C instructions are next to worthless. I need some help from a computer nerd, preferably of Japanese decent to translate for me. I wish you well!

since last reply i have contact as you told me futaba europe..that they told me to contact there dealer in my country
cose they didnt read all my 5 words mail....so i mailed them again to let them know
that dealer cant help me out

so they sed nither they

so i asked email of futaba taiwan...and they gaved me back a web site in japs COSE THEY DIDNT KNOW THE EMAIL

AND I DONT SPEEK JAPS SO I CAN FINT THERE EMAIL
AND MY ENGLISH R NOT SO GOOD ALSO AND IM GETTING SOOOO PIST OFF

AND EVEN WHEN I FOUNT FUTABA TAIWAN ITS BEEN A WEEK WITH NO REPLY IN MY SECONT MAIL

........................................exept you sir who try to helped me out

i have contact futaba europe/asia and taiwan lust with no reply first two with tipical reply
