All the talk of lawsuits, liability, AMA and FCC rules is a big waste of bandwidth.
Alas, I wish that were a true statement, but in todays litigeous society, it makes sense for all of us to be aware of the possibilities. As was stated in the earlier posts in this thread, reaching an amicable agreement is always a better approach. Unfortunately, people are not always willing to cooperate.
