Mike,
You didn't mention what airplane you are installing them in, but if they are in a BVM jet, and installed in "as designed" position, just mount them as indicated in the plans. After you push them through the laser cut holes in the wing mounting plate, just hook up the air hoses. They are a tight fit, and they do not need to be glued to the plate with aeropoxy or CA. After the wing installation is completed, aeropoxy the fuselage EZ-Air mounting plate with the mating fittings installed after bolting the wing into place. Aeropoxy it into place and allow it to cure.
The fittings are installed in the wing root where very little flexing will occur. The O-ring will seal them adequately.
If they were passivly mounted, the 100+ PSI in the tanks might cause them to leak.
