not to contradict anyone but I would recomend the lightest setup possible!

I ended up using a new motor from www.2dogrc.com its a speed 300 motor.

CC 10 speed control
falcon batteries 3s1p 380's this will bring the plane in at around 8 oz with 28 oz of thrust and 5-6 minute flight times.
