HI I AM NEW TO GAS ENGINES WAS WONDERING HOW THE GAP ON THE COIL IS SET ? IS THERE A GUAGE OF SOME SORT?AND WILL PAINTING THE FINS PREVENT PROPER COOLING? THANK YOU
