It's been a long time. I've even had one RCCD official who I know was there say he can't remember. Sorry the the picture doesn't reveal the face a little better. Well, this picture will remain on the thread for some future person to identify. Don Lowe might be able to identify the pilot since I know he was there. For the time being though---it will remain a mystery.
