As for CG - depends on what you like. It may need this CG to be a "groovy" airplane that stays solid during high speed runs.
If you want to change the handling, CG changes can help. THey can also destroy your plane. Moving the CG rearward will allow less up trim. It may also make the plane harder to control. Move cg back in small increments. That would also likely result in better inverted handling, but your mileage may vary.
