hey balsabum, i'll be at work all week if you want to try a test flight one afternoon....or at lunch, let me know........hi gunfighter, we are using the flat black bat and after visiting slamson and drewjet in apopka, came home and cut my wing cores from blue foam. coraplast tail feathers. we sent off and got two of the MECOA .28's they had on a special trade in offer......going to try them and get the techniques and plane figured out and then go for a norvell or another competitive engine.....i set the diahedral at 16 degrees and the one we test flew was as agile as any bird i've watched!!!!! unreal manuverablility!!!!! cant wait to get mine finished.....also building a set of 2 mil coraplast wings to try.....will keep you posted....bill w.
