I have the November 1969 Flying Models Magazine that has an article on the 69 World Championships. In the article there are two good close-up pictures of Jim. Unfortunately because your picture is so dark I cannot tell if it is him. In one of the pictures he is holding his “Citron” design that was kited by Lanier RC as the “Jester” ARF.
