the miniflash is a great little airplane. I flew Doug's for him in demo flights at the san diego event. He makes great kits. It's not, however, a 3D plane. More of a very aerobatic sport plane with large control surfaces. Comparing it to an E3D is sort of like comparing a 1/2A plane to a 46 size funfly plane . Both are good planes, but different types of planes with different flying characteristics, and in very different sizes.
