RE: Aviation Models 37% Yak 54 thread...
Thanks for the info. I took a look at smart flys web site and took a quick look. They have a product that could match center and endpoints on 3 servos and it will power 4 serovos as well, kind of the next step up from what you have it looks like. I dont know what I will do if I happen to get this plane, or any that require 3 servos per aileron yet but I do know that so far I have stayed clear of digitals on ganged surfaces just so I didnt have to fight set up as much. Just adjust linkages until the buzzing stops but from my limited experience with digitals that is probably more difficult to do. I have never been fond of yaks, never saw any I really liked the look of but this orange scheme is awsome and should show up as good as any no matter what the weather is for the day. Would love this 37% but will probably settle for the 35% as cost is somewhat of an isssue for me and also the fact that a plane as big as the 37 would be hard to get in and out of the house without banging it up. Hard enough to get my GPcap 580 tail around the corners and through the doors without hitting it on something. my h9cap isnt so bad but just the little bit of size difference in those two planes is evident in transportation. Myabe stab removal wouldn't be so bad with the set up on this plane. I dont like to take the screws out of tail tubes, the root tabs I have always thought would be the better setup form just looking at pics.
