I know i broke an A arm my first time out with the truck but that was from crashing it at 40 mph[X(]. As Alvin says do the diff cup mod or you will brake them constantly. It's a very sturdy truck and the only time i break parts is when i run it in -30 weather (I'm from Canada) then i tend to break almost all the plastic parts on it.
