What happend that you don want it anymore

Don't want to deal with CEN in the near future so I will try to sell the NIB MT2 and the NIB Airtronics Radio.

I got the MT2 because of the radio swap program back in Nov 2005. Called first time and told the radio was shipped late via UPS ground due to the holiday.

Two and half weeks later, no radio.

Called again and I was given the same info. So I pressed for tracking number. 15 min later (BTW, I am paying the long distance call), they said they could not find any info about this shipment and will send it via Priority mail so I can have it before the weekend.
OK, stuff happened during holidy season and I can live with that. 5 days later, still no radio.

Called again (I am paying the long distance) and told the radio was sent by UPS ground instead, which take forever to go from CA to MD. When I questioned why it was not sent by Priority mail as promised and the response was:

“We can’t ship radio by priority mail!�

THAT’S IT!

I am taking my business somewhere else. I was pretty excited about getting into the RC cars at the beginning. But after the long wait for nothing, I think I am going to stay with RC planes for a while or just get a toy car from Radio Shack.

Sorry to hear about your disappointment. I agree with everything you have just Said and i would do the same. What ever happened to customer service
