This is the hole location I used....the hole is cut from the outside obviously. Also...the pushrod ends up very close to the stock location as far as height. I used the original pushrod position(you can see it through the covering) to get this location. Just used the LAR(looks about right) method. It will work well where it's at though.

Everything else is done from the inside....
