Congrats on the first flight and welcome to the addiction
There is only one known cure and that is to take two planes to the field in the morning and fly but you only have one right now, don't worry, this will change

Just take your time and listen to the instructor. He is there to help you and he will do just that. And do not forget to breath. Most new students get so excited seeing their brand new baby flying they forget to breath and relax. Old pilots are the same way when we/they/I maiden a new plane.
Once your instructor tells you that you are good for solo and you do that solo 2 things need/will happen. First is that is a feeling you will never forget and second, come back in here and tell us all about it
Also keep us informed as to how your are prgressing and if something does not look feel right tell the instructor so he can take control. Also do not push yourself at first. Most students get pretty tired after about 5 minutes so learn to recognize that and it will save you even long past solo.
I use touch and goes to test myslef. I pride myself is glass smooth landings and if I start bouncing then I know it's time to stop or take a break
Good luck [sm=thumbup.gif]
