ok get the tc 4 rtr. just a new tc3.
uhh upgrades are good but not really needed.
as for tires you need plastic pipe called pvc or abs. (call your local hardware store to check availibility) (or check you local plumbers)
you use that to put on a bare rim. or ontop of tire.
all rims fit but get a car wheel not stadium truck. if you want a body make sure its 190 mm
