Thanks for the info!! I will be joining a club as I don't want to fly without an instructor. Don't want to come home with a pile of pieces. I've been wanting to get started for quite some time and finally decided to take the leap. I live in PA so I'll have the rest of the winter to practice on the sim and acquire the equipment you've mentioned. Thanks.
