Talk to the people at the club before buying anything. You will be suprised at how much 'spare/extra' stuff people have. Then they realize they are not going to use this stuff so they will USUALLY sell it dirt cheap or in a lot of cases give it away. You might just wind up with a lot of the peripheral equipment for nothing or next to it. Then you can use the certificate for something you really want - like put it towards your next plane
