I have a flying buddy who works for a company that has fully autonomous uav's. I am talking about a system where a pilot launches the uav switches it over to a computer and it flys itself using full GPS to different waypoints designated by someone on the ground. They designed and market the whole system as a complete kit including computer terminal, gps software, and fully functioning UAV. If this is what you are looking for let me know and I will send him an email pointing him to this thread. They have sold systems to different agencies throughout the country.
