I have used VitaCal paper with a friends scanner and ink jet printer. Worked wonderful over compound fabric open structure.
I ordered paper from the above decal place - much better price but have not tried it yet.
Now I will get a printer and scanner plus adobe illustrator and streamline software. I will scan in decals from a plastic model, book or mag and change image from raster to vector - do corrections if needed then print to the desired size. I use glow so I will have to fuel proof - probably polyurethane as I want to try using latex house paint for the model.
