RE: Super Decathlon with skis ???
I flew the Decathalon all winter last year after track practice. It isn't the easiest plane to fly. It will tip stall if you get too slow. It will land on snow no problem, you don't need skis. I could never get it to take off from the ground anyway. Just hand launch it and set it down softly in the snow or on pavement if you have a parking lot like I did.
