Default 300s for 3d work

Well i got my kit today. Dug through it and checked it out. Like i said before i want a 540 so i looked at the wing to see what it would take to get a strait leading edge. Well.............I think i need to make new ribs. I started too and i got 2 done and i noticed that the two i just made wieghed atleast half of what the one kit rib wieghed. I can take soooo much wieght out of this thing its silly. and thats just the wing!!!!!

I looked at the fuse and it may need a little more thought to convert than the wing. I am replancing the ply sides and bottom with balsa. I cant believe they used ply for the under belly. The plane is built to crash not fly. Every thing is soooo over built.

It will be a little weaker but I dont think i can break it in the air and thats all im worred about. Let me know if you guys want to see some pics of construction. Im sure i can post some here when i get some work done on it.
