I replaced my flybar head and main shaft and it wobbled terribly just at lift off. I changed all the blades and same thing. I completely took it apart and put it back together and same wobble.

After a couple of days fooling around with it I changed the head and shaft to another new one and the wobble was gone. The first (new) one shows no sign of a problem but it was bad right from the package.

The second thing that I discovered is if you do not glue in the head top piece to the shaft piece it will not break if you tip it over. The head simply pops out.

I flew it all around my garage last night, three packs worth and had a ball.

Now if I can get my 25% Cap to fly in my garage I will be doing something.
