Man, you got that right... Look at it the wrong way, and that piece breaks...
Horizon has the part in stock, so I'll be up again soon. In the meantime, I bought another BCX. If this one sheers the same part before they're in stock, I'm going to lose it. LOL
It would be nice if Horizon had some comment on the one piece vs two piece observations that people have made here. The manual clearly shows 2 components, but both of mine definitely do not have a pop-off flybar holder... It's either solid, or was glued or fused together. It's definitely a flaw, and the supplier/distributor should be covering under warrantly.

I would not worry about getting replacement blades. The flybar head and lower rotor head will break first. I have did it twice and the blades don't have a scratch. Lower rotor shears blade pins and it is $5.99. The inner shaft which is the only way you can get the flybar head is $8.99. Until they upgrade it will be the parts you need most. Sure wish you could get the flybar head piece separately
