Go to your LHS and they can fix you right up. Great to hear you enjoy the hobby. Good luck. BTW: I have beat HALO 2 on the hardest level, "Legendary" so don't think you kids have all the hand/eye stuff. However, I will admitt it is easier to train young people with all the exposure you have to video games and computers.
