I use the 645MG. I think it's pretty popular. I see it mentioned a lot on RCU, that's why I bought one. It works pretty good.

Edit - You should have your replacement radio back pretty quick. I sent mine to them 1-2 day USPS and I got it 3 days after it arrived at CEN. Total of 5 business day turn around.
