I am pretty sure that is a Laser3d. I have built 2 of them, I got one of mine down to just a shade over 4lbs with the saito .72 and it would fly like it was a feather. Does good 3D but its lacking in the more advanced 3D category.
Thanks for the info. I have a ST75 on mine(picked it up cheap on part of a trade). It has pull pull on rudder & elevator. At 6 pounds it does float with over 9XX squares. It is weak on its side--Yes, lacking in the advanced 3D category. Real fun beater plane and 3D learner. This one has seen a lot of low inverted passes and 3D on the deck in bad flying conditions.

Here is a picture of it blasting out.
