RE: 13% nitro?
It will probably work, but why risk your engine & plane on a "probably". Save the fuel for campfires & get some new stuff.
Getting back to the original question -- 13%-16% (whatever) won't hurt the engine, but it could shorten glo-plug life if you habitually run at the lean end of acceptable tuning.
