24x10 is a prop for the 43cc engine. The 58cc may beseriously underpropped. This partly explains the reluctancy to pass top dead centre, because prop mass is so low it does not want to move over the compression hump.
I would try a heavier prop first, at least until the engine has seen some running in. After that time, internal friction is lower, and you may get away with a small, light prop.
