Default PayPal User question

Paypal is not a concrete structure as far as I know, & the buyer says he paid with a credit card so he's covered.
I think when buying on the internet you should ask for a ton of close up pictures & take your time, if the seller doesn't want to send them then forget that buy, & of coarse pay with a credit card.
Now on the other hand if the seller was patient with you & sent all the pics dont suddenly become impatient when its time to wait for funds to clear or transfer.
My 2 cents, & safe buying ethics
When I sell, if the client pays with a credit card, the money is instently in my paypal account, you can ship at this point, you don't have to have the money transfered to your bank account because PayPal is your account as long as it says "completed"
But your right, since I sell things like Fiber Optic extensions and engine mount on a regular basis, I found what works for me, ship only when Paypal alerts me that the money is there. At that point, I immediately E-mail my customer to let them know that I have received the money and their product is being shipped.
The reason I do this is to give confidence to the customer that they are not waiting in vein.
It takes time to build a credibility with clientel and it can be destroyed in an instant,
