I mean one bad feedback per hundred feedback (if a guys got 685 feedbacks, and he has 6 negatives), its nominal. Your not going to make everyone happy, My name there is the same as it is here, and I try my best to make the buyers happy, but some people you just can't help.
And in most cases of a pissed off person, if you read both sides of the negative feedback, you can read between the lines and go from there.
I took a 350.00+ hit from a guy, and yes I would love to meet him face to face, but thats not gonna happen.
No matter what, always use a credit card, ebay and paypal, did nothing, filed complaints everywhere, even with the post office (he mailed it), nothing done. IF I HAD used my visa, paypal and ebay would have done back flips to help. its all about $$$$$ and when you reverse the charges, you will get there attention.
My opinion, yours may vary!

That's right on, in ALL respects. Negatives are a REALITY. READ them and make your own assessments. The Ebay Powersellers Club thingie allows 2% negatives. Read between the lines, like Richard said, and decide what is going on here. Do the negs say "slow to ship" or "item never delivered" or "Item not as described?" Big difference....
And as a buyer, credit card and paypal, like Richard says, is the best protection for you. Or just read the feedback and decide. If somebody has 2000 positives and ten negatives, you ought to feel fine about sending them a money order! That's what the feedback system is all about. If they have excellent feedback and you still do not feel comfortable, perhaps internet commerce is not for you. Go get your stuff at a store, where you can feel and handle it before you buy...
