The valves are set .002" - .004" I can give you the step by step proceedure if you would like it?

It's hard for me to give you a 'turns' position on the low speed. I can tell you that the screw sticks out above the retainer nut about 3/32". That ought to get you going well enough to where you can figure out the rest?
