Does anyone have the gap value for the valves???
Also on the low end needle adjustment do you start with the needle screwed all the way out. It seems like that in never stops screwing in...If I screw any futher it will fall off on the inside....
Any hints on setting the low end?
Thanks for the help,

The valves are set .002" - .004" I can give you the step by step proceedure if you would like it?
It's hard for me to give you a 'turns' position on the low speed. I can tell you that the screw sticks out above the retainer nut about 3/32". That ought to get you going well enough to where you can figure out the rest?

There is an easy way to know if your low end is set right. U close the needle all the way in then open about 3 turns. To test to see if U have opened it enough you get your starter and spin the engine over without the Ni-lite on. The carb should be open at idle. look at the fuel going up to the carb in the fuel tubing then stop turning the engine over. The fuel should stay in the line. You should not see the fuel going back towards the tank. If it does open up the low end needle another 1/4 turn. Spin the engine again and check the fuel flow again . Repeat until the fuel stays in the lines. BTW the high speed needle should also be open 2 1/2 turns. Now put your ni-lite on and start the engine up. Now it`s time for the fine tuning. Once the engine is running push the throttle up. If it sputters turn in the low 1/8 of a turn and try to go to full power again. Keep turning in the needle 1/8 at a time to get smooth transition to full power. Then tune your high end for optimum power then back out about 3 clicks.
