I purchased two Toro weedeater motors off of e-bay also. I converted one of them and at 3/4 throttle it falls off and dies. I test ran this motor before I converted it and ran really good. The reeds look good and so does the carb jet. How do you convert this motor into a 1bbl? Is this something that I/we could do? What about the porting you talk of, can I/we do this as well? I would like to get this motor to run like a raped-ape. My friend has this same motor and it runs great I don't know the #'s it turns but I know it's up there. It would be really cool to have one that can out fly his HA HA. So if you could tell us how to port and run a 1bbl. If you can post some pics.
