The Tiger's have a hard point in front of the wing. I did the tail dragger conversion on the Tiger 2. I used a Sullivan tail wheel and bracket and used the Hanger 9 .40 size gear. For the Tiger 60 I'd look at using the Hanger 9 .60 size gear and the Sullivan tail wheel and bracket that is made to handle a 6 to 9 pound plane.
